ECM Corporation maintains several dedicated utility crews and a few very experienced Utility Superintendents and Project Managers assuring compliance and effectiveness regardless of utility scope or project needs.

ECM Corporation self performs large scale milling and paving operations across the local metropolitan DC/MD area directly for Municipalities and Project Owners as well as other General Contractors requiring MBE/DBE Miniority Participation.  

ECM Corporation has 2 dedicated Asphalt Crews to offer the local Construction Industry currently.

ECM Corporation maintains dedicated Concrete crews whose specialized skills are put to use daily in the removal and replacement Concrete Curb & Gutters, Sidewalks, ADA Handicap Ramps, Driveway Aprons, Structural Concrete and Stamped Concrete.

ECM Corporation provides other General Contractors ancillary services to include MDSHA & ATSSA certified Traffic Management Controls & Flagging operations to include full blown Traffic Control Plans and the staff to implement and manage them daily.

ECM Corporation provides other General Contractors ancillary services to include Full Depth Saw Cutting of Concrete and Asphalt Paving. In addition, drilling of concrete structures and or paving can be handled on your behalf at your request.
